Mediterranean Style Sales Center
• Exterior- Hardipanel material, then wire meshed and stucco finish completed onsite. Efis molding , high roof truss system, Spanish Barrel tile roof, custom window installed onsite, custom entry door special ordered and installed onsite, site built canopy entrance, and stemwall system for backfilling dirt.

• Interior- Building arrived onsite with Raw gypsum board on the walls and ceiling, bare floors, plumbing stub-outs only, and electrical wired to empty junction boxes. Our onsite contractors completed Drywall finishes for the walls and ceilings with many asthetic designs, installed ceramic tile flooring, custom recess and track lighting, added custom interior doors with hardware, installed upgraded kolher toilets, and custom sinks.







Old Florida Cracker Style Sales Center
• Exterior- Hardi-lap exterior siding, windows and exterior doors built at the factory, and (2) of the center section modules were shipped without a roof structure. Roof structure, overhead shingles, and porch were all site built.

• Interior- building was shipped with bare floors, raw gypsum on the ceiling and walls, and the center (2) modules the interior ceiling was left with exposed rafter/trusses. Ceramic tile and designer carpet installed onsite, Drywall interior finish with lots of wood molding completed onsite, and high roof truss system was finished onsite.





Beach Resort Club House
• Exterior- Building delivered onsite with house wrap to be stucco onsite, recess entry way designed with hardipanel sierra, Double French doors with single fixed French door on each side of main entry, oversized windows, box mansard system, and building was stucco finished onsite.

• Interior- Building arrived onsite with Raw gypsum board on the walls and ceiling, bare floors, Ceiling was designed with recess can light. Our onsite contractors completed Drywall finishes for the walls and ceilings with asthetic molding and column designs, installed ceramic tile and carpet flooring.





Beach Condominium Sales Center
• Exterior- Hardipanel exterior smooth finish, false mansard, Asthetic canvas painted wrap, French entry doors, and one-way glass windows.

• Interior- Building arrived onsite with Raw gypsum board on the walls, customer requested popcorn ceiling with standard recess diffuser lighting and recess can lighting, bare floors. Our onsite contractors completed Drywall finishes for the walls, and carpet flooring was added on site.
